On March 22, 2026, Sahibnoor Singh Sidhu, consultant with RFK Legal, delivered a lecture on Indian Federalism through the lens of comparative constitutional law. He discussed the precursors to Indian constitutional federalism, the making of the Constitution and its subsequent working. The lecture also stressed the limits of comparativism, given the difference in the socio-political circumstances of India as compared to the US, Switzerland, or Canada.
